We always aim to provide our staff with the opportunity to participate in developing their personal training and development plans and ensure that they acquire the necessary skills to help them do a fantastic job.

Our Care Assistants will all have been recruited because they are ‘The Right Fit’ and share our values. A massive thanks to all our compassionate, creative, flexible and optimistic Care Assistants and all our Team Leaders, Service- and Training and Development Coordinators, for constantly improving their knowledge and skills.
